Demand Planning Data Analyst

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field., 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or an analytical role., Knowledge of forecasting methods (e.g., time series analysis, moving averages, exponential smoothing)., Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables)., Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)., Basic knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., Python)., Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail., Process-oriented mindset and structured problem-solving ability., Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics in simple terms., Team player with a proactive approach., Good level of English.
