Higher Jump Logistics is a growing two-man delivery and logistics company with an established base in the UK. We are now starting a new journey in Poland and Germany, and we are looking for a professional, highly capable Depot Manager / Operations Manager to support the setup and day-to-day development of our new depot in Legnica.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and educated person who wants to grow with the business from an early stage. In the beginning, the depot will be small, with only a limited number of staff and no active deliveries yet, as the main focus will be on setting up the operation correctly and making sure all business requirements are in place before launch.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily requirements of the business and ensure smooth operations
• Report directly to the UK head office
• Help build and organise the depot from the ground up
• Support with administration, documentation, and business coordination
• Communicate professionally with English-speaking colleagues and management
• Source products, services, suppliers, and operational solutions online
• Assist with purchasing and business-related research
• Help implement systems, procedures, and operational standards
• Support the development of future logistics and depot activities
• Contribute to business growth and help identify new opportunities
• Assist with sales-related tasks and general business development when required

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent spoken and written Polish
• Additional languages would be a strong advantage
• Higher education preferred
• Previous experience in management, operations, administration, logistics, sales, or business coordination would be highly beneficial
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Professional communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to write emails, reports, and documents to a high standard
• Confidence in handling a wide range of business-related tasks

Salary:

Starting salary: 6,500 – 8,500 PLN gross per month, depending on experience, language skills, and overall suitability.

As the business grows, the salary and overall package are expected to increase significantly for the right person.
