The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, automation-centric Design Support Engineer who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments. In this role, you will be implementing automation, AI, scripting, and data-driven solutions to support our solution engineering and architecture teams, directly impacting how we deliver innovative, scalable, and intelligent customer solutions. Your high EQ and strong collaboration skills will be essential as you work across multiple teams and organizations, navigating ambiguity to drive customer success in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. You will partner closely with Solution Engineering Architects, Technology architects, platform engineers, commercial excellence teams, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive innovation and co-create solutions that harness automation, scripting, and AI capabilities. Your strategic discovery and customer needs analysis will impact solution design, emphasizing scalable automation that enhances operational efficiency, security, and customer experience.
