This role is perfect for a numbers-focused marketer who thrives on optimising campaigns and driving measurable results. You will be responsible for managing our paid media strategy, lead generation initiatives, and digital performance across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Google DV360, and other programmatic platformsExecute PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimisationDesign and implement email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics and improving engagement ratesMaintain and update website contentMonitor and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insightsConduct A/B testing across all digital channels to continuously improve campaign effectivenessManage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI across all paid channelsCollaborate with sales teams to align marketing qualified leads with business objectivesStay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates relevant to B2B financial servicesWhat We're Looking For3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or financial servicesProven experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and TwitterHands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (Google DV360 or similar)Strong PPC campaign management skills (Google Ads)Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automationWebsite editing experience using CMS platformsStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailAbility to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategiesResults-oriented approach with a track record of achieving KPIsExcellent communication skills and ability to present performance data clearlyHow we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
