DORA Manager

Oversee DORA related milestones being delivered by BCCM&R and ITSCM
Facilitate workshops, support line resources in their activities and assure progress
Execute with BCCM&R and ITSCM as well as BCCM RRP workstreams on closing gaps towards DORA compliance
Support on Internal Rules updates, associated consequence analyses and implementation plans
Support BCCM&R and ITSCM on Internal Rules relevant to their activities and guidelines
Due to reduced team size in project 0.11, also perform selected administrative activities
Ensure DORA compliance across workstreams
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders on DORA requirements

DORA SME with deep knowledge of DORA requirements
Experience in business continuity, crisis management and IT continuity in relation to technology, process and people
Good knowledge of programme management within context of complex organisation
Understanding of risk management, issues, and dependencies processes in regulated industry (financial sector)
Due to reduced team size in project 0.11, role also needs to perform selected administrative activities
Strong facilitation and workshop management skills
Experience with regulatory compliance and implementation
Knowledge of Internal Rules and regulatory frameworks
