Anforderungen

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support (preferably in a product-based company), Experience in handling 2nd line support and managing complex customer cases, Fluent English (C1/C2), Ability to analyze and validate order data across systems (e.g., CRM/ERP, SAP is a plus), Experience working with ticketing systems and maintaining high-quality customer communication, Good analytical skills – ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and identify process improvement opportunities, Basic knowledge of finance processes (accounts receivable: collections, invoicing, cash posting)
