Zakres obowiązków Managing the EHS system at both operational and strategic levels. Conducting risk assessments, internal audits, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Preparing the facility for external inspections (Health & Safety, environmental, fire protection). Creating, updating, and supervising EHS, environmental, and procedural documentation. Delivering internal training on health & safety, fire protection, and first aid. Monitoring safety indicators and preparing operational reports. Supporting production and management teams in hazard identification and process improvement initiatives. Coordinating site security activities: access control, cooperation with security service providers, emergency response support, and implementation of crisis procedures. Initiating projects aimed at improving safety culture and increasing employee awareness. Wymagania Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, environmental protection rules, and process safety standards. Practical experience in risk assessments, audits, and corrective/preventive actions. Fluent English (minimum B2 level). Willingness to work on-site and undertake occasional business trips. Oferujemy Stable employment under an employment contract.
