Electrical / Electronics Engineer (m/f/d)

Innovation Tech Polska Sp. z o.o. is an innovative company in the automotive sector developing modern solutions for the mobility of the future. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Electrical / Electronics Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on automotive electrical systems and wiring harness design.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of electrical documentation for vehicles, particularly for special customer requirements in the area of electrics and electronics
• Design and development of automotive electrical wiring harnesses
• Analysis and resolution of production-related electrical issues
• Cooperation with internal departments, service teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient project execution and problem resolution

Your Profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
• Good command of English (minimum level B2) required for daily work; German is an advantage
• Ability to create and interpret electrical documentation and schematics
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and EBCable software is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and a structured working style
• Category B driving license
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in the automotive industry is considered an advantage.
