EMEA Regional Tax Director (m/f)

minimum 8 years of experience in the tax and regulatory field, preferably in the international matrix organization structures,, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations and apply them to business operations,, previous experience in Tax Teams in BIG4 companies will be a strong asset,, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals and senior management,, proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously,, fluency in the English language is a must,, experience working in a multinational company or professional services firm is highly desirable,, willingness to business travel up to 30% of the time.
