Anforderungen
Minimum one year of experience in Employer Branding, marketing, or communication (experience in the IT industry is a plus);, Strong content creation skills (copywriting + social media);, Ability to track trends and translate them into actionable initiatives;, Experience in organizing and coordinating large events and projects;, Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and initiative;, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks;, Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop or similar);, Experience working with interns or junior teams is a plus.
