Anforderungen
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Energy)., Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in procurement, data analysis, or consulting (energy sector experience is a huge plus)., Languages: Fluency in Polish and English (C1 level) is essential for daily communication., Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel (data modeling) and PowerPoint (presentations)., Mindset: Proactivity, independence, and a "problem-solver" attitude. You are the one who finds the solution before the client even spots the issue., Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial/technical concepts in simple terms., AI Literacy: Experience in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or specialized data analysis plugins) to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, or conduct market research., Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or data visualization., Knowledge of an additional European language.
