We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect who will help shape and evolve the company’s IT landscape, ensuring strategic alignment between business and technology.Key responsibilitiesDesign, implement, and govern enterprise architecture across complex, multi-system environmentsLead transformation initiatives and oversee the adoption of enterprise architecture frameworksCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define architecture roadmaps and product strategiesCreate and maintain architecture models using tools like Enterprise ArchitectEnsure consistency in the use of modeling notations such as ArchiMate, UML, and BPMNContribute to process design, including roadmap creation and product lifecycle managementSupport teams in adopting best practices in IT governance and project managementIdeal candidate profileHigher technical education (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related)Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large, complex organizationProven track record in IT architecture transformation or Enterprise Architecture implementationTOGAF 9 Certified or ArchiMate 3 Practitioner certification requiredStrong practical knowledge of the TOGAF ADM frameworkHands-on experience with Enterprise Architect and modeling in ArchiMate, UML, BPMNFamiliarity with tools like JIRA and ConfluenceGood understanding of IT management and governance standards (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile PMSolid understanding of software engineering and business/system analysis conceptsAnalytical mindset, creativity, and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technologyStrategic, business-oriented approach to IT architectureConditionsWork model: Remote Salary: it depends on your experienceEmployment type: B2BBenefits: medical care, life insurance, trainings, Multisport cardRecruitment stepsScreening call (20 min.)Meeting with Client's team (2 meetings)Decision and feedback
