Job description

As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding STX Next’s client base in Poland by building relationships with enterprise prospects and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. 

The position focuses on hands-on business development activities and direct engagement with enterprise clients. At this stage, the scope does not include people management responsibilities, with an emphasis placed on individual performance and client acquisition.
