In-depth knowledge of Polish environmental legislation, including applicable EU environmental directives, Proven experience in environmental permitting, reporting, inspections, and compliance processes in Poland, Experience in environmental management within industrial construction or infrastructure projects, Ability to coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies on environmental matters, Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken), Legally authorized to operate in Poland and holding all relevant professional certifications, Demonstrable knowledge of Polish laws and local regulatory practices relevant to the role, Professional competence to perform duties in accordance with Polish regulations, Prior project or site experience in Poland is highly preferred
