Your responsibilities

• No two days at Accenture are alike, but your typical day may include:
• Supporting our clients in creating business value through SAP- and AI-powered digital solutions delivered on cloud and on-premise platforms
• Translating business requirements into innovative, intelligent, and harmonized solutions that drive transformation and efficiency.
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams across locations, blending business and technology expertise
• Coordinating and managing large Business & IT Transformation programs, focusing on continuous innovation and data-driven improvement
• Gathering functional requirements and preparing functional designs for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled transformation initiatives
• Working flexibly — primarily remotely within the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) model, but also ready to travel and collaborate onsite with clients across Europe and beyond when project needs require.

Our requirements

• HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in “Tier 1” ERP systems implementation (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics), including one or several of the following areas: solution roadmap development, functional solution design (requirements gathering and configuration), testing or test coordination, project management, data migration, cutover management, or post go-live hyper-care management.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced solutions—such as SAP Joule or other SAP Business AI capabilities integrated into S/4HANA is highly desirable, reflecting the growing importance of intelligent automation and predictive analytics in modern ERP projects
• OR (alternatively)
• Minium 3 years of experience as key user or end user in finance, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing or human resources management using one of the “Tier 1” ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
• Deep business process knowledge in at least one of the following fields: R2R, P2P, O2C, F2P, H2R or others related to one/several of the following functional areas: Finance, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing or Human Resources
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced solutions—such as SAP Joule or other SAP Business AI capabilities integrated into S/4HANA is highly desirable, reflecting the growing importance of intelligent automation and predictive analytics in modern ERP projects
• BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
• Experience with SAP industry solutions tailored to Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, or Natural Resources, such as SAP S/4HANA modules for Joint Venture Accounting, Hydrocarbon Supply and Distribution, Upstream and Downstream Operations Management, Retail Fuel Network Management, Asset Management, and Service Parts Planning. This experience supports streamlined operations, compliance, and digital transformation in these specialized sectors.
