In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering industry events, conferences, and trade shows that support our strategic growth, brand visibility, and lead generation goals.You will collaborate closely with Business Units, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure every event delivers measurable business impact.What you will do:Plan and manage the annual events calendar in collaboration with Business Unit Leaders.Define clear objectives and KPIs for each event (brand visibility, MQLs, SQLs, meetings, pipeline impact).Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendors, venues, travel, and branded materials.Lead pre-, during-, and post-event marketing campaigns together with Demand Generation and Sales teams.Ensure effective lead capture and CRM integration, supporting timely sales follow-up.Track performance metrics (leads, pipeline, ROI, brand reach) and prepare post-event reports.Gather market insights and share recommendations to optimize future initiatives.Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2–4+ years of experience in event coordination, B2B marketing, or similar role.Strong project management and organizational skills.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Business teams.Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing KPIs.Fluent English.Nice to have:Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.Experience in IT industry or global B2B environment.BenefitsProfessional development – continuous learning opportunities and internal mobility.Comprehensive benefits – enjoy Udemy for Business and Worksmile platform.Flexibility – adaptable working hours and remote/hybrid work options.Global collaboration – work with diverse international teams across continents.Innovative environment – be part of a forward-thinking, growth-oriented workplace.Team-building traditions – including our annual company event.
