Responsibilities
As an On Demand Client Services Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, managing every aspect of their journey with precision and authority.
- Handling high-volume, time-sensitive requests from brokers with speed and accuracy.
- Maintaining oversight on all operational aspects of the flight, including permits, crew readiness, weather, and documentation.
- Coordinating tailored services beyond the flight.
- Taking control of fast-moving situations, making confident decisions, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Building trust through clear, proactive, assertive, professional communication.
- Collaborating across global teams to deliver flawless execution under pressure.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in client-facing roles (aviation, hospitality, luxury services, or related industries).
