4–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to Financial Services, SSC/BPO, or Big 4 in an international environment., Strong knowledge of audit, income tax, statutory reporting, and IFRS standards., A Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Auditing., Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is an asset., Advanced English skills (our corporate language)., Excellent networking and collaboration skills across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds., Strong stakeholder management, accountability, and ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines., Organized, focused, and able to manage diverse tasks in a matrix organization.
