To strengthen our Marketing and E-Commerce team, we are currently seeking an Expert in Performance Marketing and E-Commerce.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement the company’s digital and performance marketing strategy with a focus on e-commerce growth and efficiency (COS, ROAS).
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously improve acquisition, conversion strategies and create reports.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, remarketing audiences).
• Develop automated CRM flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, retention) to improve the customer lifecycle.
• Support webshop optimization and basic Shopify adjustments.

Your profile

• Professional experience in performance marketing;
• Demonstrable expert skills in the field of setting up campaigns, Google Analytics and Tag Manager;
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style;
• Team player with a “hands-on” mentality;
• Digital native;
• Fashion industry experience is a plus;
• German language is a plus;
