Facility Engineer

As a Facility Engineer on our site in Niemce, you will be responsible for managing plant infrastructure, utilities, and building maintenance to ensure operational continuity and compliance with corporate and legal standards. You will coordinate investment projects, oversee service contracts, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in safety, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. Responsibilities:Lead sourcing activities for suppliers of goods and services related to plant investmentsPlan and supervise investment projects, analyze risks, and implement mitigation actionsOversee service contracts, repairs, and external contractorsMaintain technical and visual condition of buildings, installations, and plant surroundingsMonitor and optimize media consumption; ensure continuity of utility supplyCoordinate ESD protection system implementation and trainingSupport implementation and maintenance of systems such as 5S, TPM, SMEDManage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain fixed asset recordsRequirements:Degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechanics, or related technical fieldMinimum 2 years in building maintenance or similar role (preferably in an industrial plant)Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, Lean ManufacturingEnglish proficiency (min.
