Field Application Engineer

3-5 years of experience in electrical applications, preferably in the power supply segment or electrical project management., 2-3 years of experience in data center solutions or other complex technical projects., Hands-on experience with critical electrical infrastructure such as UPS systems, batteries, busways, switchboards, or generators is highly valued., Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective cooperation with engineering, manufacturing, sales teams, and customers., Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written., Willingness to travel occasionally within the CEE region for customer meetings, partner cooperation, technical discussions, and training activities.
