Finance CoE Lead

English language at min. B2 level, A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CIMA or ACCA certification will be a strong asset, 12+ years of experience in global finance, including at least 10 years in leadership roles within CoE, GBS, transformation, or corporate finance environments, Proven track record in building or scaling finance Centers of Expertise or global finance capabilities across regions, Deep expertise in finance processes such as FP&A, Treasury, and Compliance, along with familiarity with enabling technologies like ERP, BI, and RPA, Solid understanding of shared services, CoE–GBS operating models, and large-scale finance transformation programs, Experience in designing finance operating models, process frameworks, and performance management systems with defined KPIs, Strategic mindset with the ability to lead change, assess capability maturity, and drive long-term value, Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially in complex matrix and global environments, Ability to foster enterprise-wide collaboration, lead cross-functional initiatives, and engage senior leadership, Passion for coaching, developing talent, and enabling high-performing finance teams, Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
