FP&A Analyst

at least 2-3 years’ of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment evaluation, or a similar role (experience in retail, hospitality, or multi‑unit operations is an advantage),, strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends,, proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus,, strong communication skills and the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders,, proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to challenge assumptions,, desire to take ownership of the tasks and the ability to prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines,, good level of business English is essential (you will be part of the international team).
