FP&A Senior Analyst

Zakres obowiązków Lead global and regional budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, partnering with business units to develop robust financial plans. Consolidate and challenge financial assumptions from multiple business units to ensure high-quality forecasting and planning accuracy. Develop and own advanced financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision making. Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including deep variance analysis and clear articulation of business drivers. Deliver insightful financial analysis on revenue, cost and profitability trends, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency and optimization. Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations for senior finance and business leadership. Translate complex financial data and large datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting, automate processes and improve analytical capabilities within FP&A. Utilize financial systems, BI tools and data analytics to improve the quality, speed and scalability of planning and reporting. Partner closely with Accounting, Treasury, Operations and regional finance teams to drive cross-functional financial initiatives and analyses. Lead special projects, strategic analyses and ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders. Promote best practices in financial modeling, forecasting and analytical methodologies across the organization. Wymagania Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic financial analysis, ideally in an international organization. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong ability to work with large datasets and complex analytical models. Experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan or similar platforms. Strong practical experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar). Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics, and ability to connect financial data with business performance. Fluent English (spoken and written). Highly analytical, insight-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and drive data-driven decision making. Experience in process improvement, reporting automation or building scalable analytical frameworks is a strong advantage. Experience in fintech, payments or technology-driven sectors is a plus, as is previous experience within Shared Service Centers / Centers of Excellence.
