Freight Forwarder – International Transport

We are a dynamically growing transport company and we are looking for a person who wants to develop in international freight forwarding – with real team support and clear, transparent rules of cooperation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• organizing and monitoring international transport operations using vans up to 3.5 tons

• day-to-day contact with clients and carriers

• working with the TMS system (data updates, execution control)

• supervising the execution of transport orders and contracts

• reacting to operational issues and finding effective solutions

• planning activities ahead and preventing potential problems

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• interest in the TSL industry (students of logistics, transport or economics are welcome)

• experience in freight forwarding – an advantage, but not required

• good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

• availability and readiness for afternoon and weekend duties (transport operates 24/7)

• independence and openness to challenges

• fluent Polish in speech and writing

• good command of English

• additional languages will be an asset
