2+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in food ingredients at a regional or global level., Driving cross-functional initiatives., Strong knowledge of food formulation, regulatory frameworks, and supplier ecosystems, preferably in baby food or specialized nutrition., Very good negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills., A passion for sustainability and innovation, with a drive to make a meaningful impact., You are a Polish speaker as you will have to manage relationships with polish farmers for the supply of fresh fruits and vegetables to our factory in Poland and you are fluent in English.
