Required Skills & Qualifications, Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field., Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing role with a blend of creative content creation and digital marketing (PPC, SEO)., Technical Skills:, Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and content management systems., Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)., Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing strategies., Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative and engaging content across multiple platforms., Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights., Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills., Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, from content creation to data analysis., Experience:, Marketing (Content Creation, PPC, SEO, etc.) – 2 years (required), Languages:, English (required), Polish (preferred)
