The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Business Operations and Technology teams, ensuring that Back Office processes are effectively redesigned and implemented within modernized platforms and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional workstreams within a Back Office Transformation ProgramProvide subject matter expertise across Back Office domains, including:Static DataTransaction ManagementSettlementsRegulatory & Operational ReportingCollaborate closely with Technology teams during system and process transformationDrive requirements clarification and functional alignmentSupport implementation and change activitiesAct as senior advisor to stakeholders across Business and ITRequired Experience10+ years of experience within Banking or Asset Management Back Office operationsStrong functional understanding of Static Data, Settlements, Transaction Management, and ReportingProven leadership experience in transformation or large-scale change programsExperience working closely with Technology teams on system or platform transformationsFluent German (C1+ level)Willingness to travel to Munich twice per month (3 days each time)Nice to HaveFunctional analysis experienceTechnical background or strong IT collaboration exposure
