Game Producer

The Producer is a key person in the daily operation of our teams and is responsible fortranslating business and product goals into actionable plans. You’ll support and plan with yourteam members to deliver against the schedule. As a change agent for process optimisation,you’ll be keeping an eye on quality targets and team wellbeing. You will help develop, champion,and communicate the product vision with the management and director groups to build andmaintain a strong team spirit and a highly collaborative, productive environment.You will be primarily responsible for monitoring the progress of cross-disciplined teams andmaintaining the schedule and backlog. Your work in coordinating resources and goals alongsidethe Technical Director and discipline leads will ensure the successful completion of milestonesand deliveries.Start: ASAP Length: 10-12 monthsWhat you’ll doExperience as a Producer within game development/production from the technical perspectiveAttention to detail, timely follow-up and strong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to risk-assess, and propose risk-averse alternatives & mitigation plansExperience with project planning and agile/scrum development methodologyStrong capability to multitask and prioritize your own workExcellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate studioand project goals, feedback, and requests in a clear, concise manner to internalteams and external stakeholdersPeople management skills, where coaching and mentoring towards success are part of your leadership styleWho you areExperience with running teams in a cross-disciplined development environmentExperience with working and coordinating with external departments.Experience as a game Producer within AAA development/productionExperience in leading and motivating agile development teamsA strong desire to grow, learn and develop yourself and othersAny technical experience (QA, programming, software development background)Passionate about video games
