Gen AI Developer

Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art foundation models.
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) and other generative models for industry-specific applications.
Implement GenAI-driven applications, integrating NLP, image generation, and multimodal AI technologies.
Work with cloud platforms and distributed computing tools to build scalable AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into AI-powered innovations.
Participate in research and development initiatives to stay ahead in the evolving GenAI landscape.

Passion for Generative AI and innovation, with hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications.
At least 1.5 year of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in LLMs, NLP, or computer vision models.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers.
Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and prompt engineering.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.
Familiarity with data pipelines, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Team-player attitude with excellent communication skills (English is a must, German or Polish are a plus), and openness to working with international clients.
