General Accounting Specialist

2+ years of experience in accounting / financial reporting, Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliations and GL analysis, Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting flows (AP, accruals, cash, GL), Experience with bank reconciliations and cash processes, Exposure to multiple accounting standards (US GAAP / IFRS / Local GAAP), Strong analytical skills and experience in variance investigation, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas), Experience in a global / multi-entity environment, Fluent English (daily interaction with international stakeholders), Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
