General Management Trainee (K/M)

We don’t expect you to have years of experience—we are looking for high-potential individuals who want to grow and develop into leadership roles., , • MSc degree (preferably in Management, Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field)., • Ambition to become a leader and manage a business unit in the future., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions., • Curiosity and willingness to learn – you ask questions, seek knowledge, and want to understand the bigger picture., • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders., • Fluent Polish and English – since we operate globally, you need to be comfortable working in an international environment., Some knowledge of finance and operations (P&L, cash flow, project management) would be an advantage, but don’t worry—we will train you!
