At least 4 years of experience working in finance & accounting (preferably in SSC) and experience in leading a team,, Good knowledge of Polish accounting standards and local compliance,, Experience in one of the accounting processes (ATR, OTC/CM),, University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent,, Good knowledge of English,, Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP or accounting software,, Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills,, Excellent leadership skills,, Goal-driven team management skills,, Strong analytical skills,, Ability to work well with other cultures,, Willingness to undertake new challenges.
