We are looking for a successor of our
GLOBAL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER – FINANCE & CONTROLLING (m/f/d)
Dynapac Business Process Manager (BPM) is a functional/business position focused on the main stream business processes (Finance & Controlling) of SAP S/4HANA and the relevant applications used within the Dynapac Product Companies (PC´s), Customer Centers (CC´s) and Distribution Centers (DDC´s).
The BPM will have a full understanding and responsibility of a specific domain and will be able to create common, harmonized solutions that are shared by all entities while eliminating irrelevant applications and other solutions currently in use, processes from end-to-end.
You are a key member within the Dynapac IT team with global responsibility and report directly to the Head of Enterprise Applications.

Mission & main responsibilities:
- Provide both strategic and tactical direction and leadership excellence for all finance and controlling processes as well as reporting within our SAP template
- Lead workshops to design future finance and controlling processes and educate the users
- Interface with business key users to gather and document business requirements
- Obtain sign-off and validation of the future finance and controlling processes from business key users
- Liaise with the SAP functional consultants in mapping the requirements into the S4 system
- Define and document the detailed future process flows and business requirements
- Be responsible for business process alignment and improvement, across Dynapac entities including the standardization of reporting in S4 as well as the reporting tools
- Take responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the global process throughout the project lifecycle, and establishing a robust life cycle management governance
- Act as key liaison between the operational business key users and the Center of Excellence team
- Drive change management to implement new business practices
- Prepare and guide key users in the new ways of working in the new and improved ERP’s and applications implemented
- Secure the deployment of the finance and controlling process supported by the S4 solution from a time, innovation, cost and quality perspective
- Create a “willingness to change“ atmosphere with the key users
CONVINCING – YOUR CURRENT PROFILE:
Experience requirements & knowledge:
- Degree in business informatics or comparable education or equivalent experience required
- Experience in implementation of continuous improvement and change management programs
- Knowledge of the processes in a manufacturing company as well as distribution warehouse and customer center is a plus
- Good skills in project management
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment
- Good understanding/knowledge of ERP
- Hands on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA 2023 is an advantage
- Fluent both spoken and written in English
- Excellent presentation skills
