Your daily tasks may include:leading the execution of the GCS&L Performance & Analytics strategic roadmap, translating vision and strategy into actionable initiativesdefining, enhancing, and continuously evolving the analytics capability framework to ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and the GCS&L Performance & Analytics strategic agendaproviding thought leadership on emerging analytics trends, ensuring the team staying at the forefront of innovation and best practicesoverseeing the design, development, and governance of complex advanced analytics solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and business relevancepartnering with Capability, Program, and D&T teams to translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring a seamless user experiencedriving value discovery initiatives across existing analytics products to uncovering new insights and business opportunitiesdriving innovation and maturity progression from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analyticsmonitoring and measuring the business impact of analytics solutions, ensuring continuous optimization and tangible value deliveryestablishing mechanisms for continuous learning, experimentation, and reuse of best practices across teams and products, ensuring systematic capturing and sharing of lessons learnedbuilding strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across global, regional, and OpCo levels to embedding analytics in decision-makinginfluencing and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared performance goals and data-driven transformationfacilitating SteerCo and governance forums for analytics productsmentoring Performance & Analytics Capability Leads and Analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovationdriving capability-building initiatives to enhancing the analytical, technical, and business acumen of the wider team. You are a good match if you have:8 - 10 years of experience in Supply Chain in a complex international environment/ FMCG industryexperience as a product owner or leading agile product development teamspractical knowledge of customer service and Logisticsproven project management Experience.
