Experience in HR operations, shared services, or similar environments within a global or matrix organization, Strong understanding of end-to-end HR service delivery, including process centralization, and the ability to run HR processes efficiently across multiple regions, Experience in simplifying complex operational challenges and turning ideas into practical solutions, Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive change in a structured and credible way, Ability to bring people on board - clearly articulating direction and building trust, Credibility with senior stakeholders and confidence operating in a global environment, Experience with HR technologies (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow), and optimizing their use, Focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement, with a strong execution mindset
