Global Mobility Vendor Lead

You are highly skilled in vendor management, contract governance, and procurement strategy within the Global Mobility or HR Services sector., You have 5+ years of experience in managing vendor relationships, executing RFQs, driving service improvements, and aligning supplier performance with global business goals., (Optional) Working as a Global Mobility Vendor Manager or Procurement Specialist with responsibility for multi-country vendor ecosystems is a strong plus., Possess an enhanced knowledge of contract lifecycle tools, KPI/SLA tracking platforms, and shared documentation systems (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar)., You are passionate about cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving, and you are innovative around process optimization and compliance oversight., Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Global Mobility, or a related field, with proven experience in managing strategic vendor partnerships., You are at ease communicating in English (C1 level), both in writing and speaking, within a global and multicultural environment., You hold current authorization to work in the country of employment and are open to occasional international travel, as required.
