Minimum of 5+ years of experience in organization design, strategy consulting, or similar roles, Proven experience in developing and implementing organization design guidelines, Proficient in using organization design tools (OrgVue, Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.), Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home), Experience in a global, complex environment, Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; able to connect strategic intent to structural implications
