Anforderungen
university degree or the equivalent qualified by experience, 5-7 years of experience within talent management and related people function areas, prior experience in designing and managing assessment tools (e.g. Insights Discovery, 360, Hogan), experience in reporting and generating insights, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of industry trends, fluent written and spoken English
