ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services written in Go in a microservices architectureBuild and evolve APIs using gRPC, REST, and TwirpWork with asynchronous, event-driven systems based on KafkaContribute to designing solutions with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performanceOperate services in a cloud-native environment (GCP, Kubernetes)Actively participate in technical and architectural decision-makingRequirementsStrong experience with Go and backend developmentHands-on experience with gRPC / REST (experience with Twirp is a plus)Practical knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging/event streaming platformsExperience working with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)Ability to think beyond the immediate code and understand system-wide implicationsProduct Mindset (Key Aspect)We are looking for a developer who:Is expected to grow into a product expert, not just a technical contributorLooks beyond individual tasks and considers the broader product and system contextUnderstands how technical decisions impact users, business, and long-term product evolutionIs open and capable of quickly acquiring domain knowledge
