GPU Performance Optimization Engineer

What you will do

We are looking for a Senior GPU / HPC Engineer to join a high-performance computing project focused on GPU optimization and compute-intensive workloads.

The project involves shader/kernel development, ML-related acceleration, and deep performance tuning on modern GPU architectures.

The role requires strong C++ expertise, solid understanding of how GPUs work internally, and hands-on experience with performance analysis and optimization.

Develop and optimize GPU kernels and compute shaders

Analyze and improve performance of GPU-heavy workloads

Work with HPC and ML pipelines to accelerate compute operations

Profile GPU performance and identify bottlenecks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (graphics, systems, ML engineers)

Contribute to architecture and low-level performance design decisions

Requirements

MUST

Strong knowledge of C++

Knowledge of HLSL or shader development

Experience with Kernels

Understanding of graphics pipelines and rendering basics

GPU Optimization experience

Experience working on Windows drivers or low-level system modules

Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with GPU performance profiling tools

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with DirectX 11 or DirectX 12

Experience with other graphics APIs (Vulkan, OpenGL)

Understanding of multithreading and optimization techniques

Knowledge of Windows kernel concepts
