Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingSupporting hiring for technology roles, with a focus on Software EngineersPartnering closely with the business to build and maintain talent pipelinesConducting technical screening interviews with candidatesCoordinating interview processes and supporting candidates throughout their journeyEnsuring a consistently positive and engaging candidate experienceLearning and applying modern sourcing and recruitment methodsUsing data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve processesWhat you'll needFluency in EnglishA degree in STEM, HR, finance, or a related fieldSolid organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detailClear and confident communication skillsA proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and growFlexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsTo be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCuriosity to deep dive into technology and interest to grow your career as technical recruiterCompensation rangePoland: PLN7,400 - PLN14,100 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
