We operate remotely with a lean, international team of experts - from strategists to creatives - and we're now looking to grow our creative capacity by adding a Creative Graphic Designer to our team. You will work alongside and as part of our creative team - which includes a Storyteller and a Content Strategist - contributing to performance-focused creative output across multiple client accounts.Therefore ideal candidate's profile includes:3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in digital advertising or performance marketingA skilled creator of marketing content - both static and motion, including animations and video editingA genuine interest in AI-generated content and AI-assisted design workflows; experience with tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, or VEO3 is a strong plusConfidence in using Figma and Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop), as well as Google Suite, Canva, and SlackA genuine passion for advertising and marketing - someone who follows trends, campaigns, and creative work beyond their 9-to-5Strong time management skills - able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and assess how much creative investment a task truly requiresA detail-oriented approach with a consistent delivery of polished, error-free workA natural collaborator and communicator, fluent in English (written and verbal), who thrives in a team environmentPrior agency or freelance experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments is a strong advantage - we move quickly and expect the sameWhat You’ll DoDesign engaging static and motion (video) graphics for paid ads, social campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, and presentations for our clients.Take ownership of design tasks from brief to final delivery - ensuring visuals are brand-aligned and performance-focused.Collaborate closely with the Storyteller and Content Strategist, sharing ideas, giving feedback, and maintaining consistent quality standards.Understand our client needs and brand context deeply - and when needed, join client calls to present and articulate your creative visionJoin and sometimes lead strategic brainstorming and creative sessions to develop campaign concepts and testable ad variations.Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers from the agency to create high-impact campaigns.Use AI tools and automated creative systems to increase the quality, quantity, and speed of design delivery.What You’ll GainCompetitive salary€1000/year training budgetAccess to Skillshare and weekly internal training sessionsRemote-first culture: work from anywhere in the worldBonus system for high performance and impactGerman language classes (optional)How to ApplyIf this sounds like a good fit, please send us:A short note about yourself and your experience in marketing design.
