Anforderungen

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred), Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations, Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and platforms; SAP experience strongly preferred, Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication/interpersonal skills, Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI a plus), Ability to create a strong and supportive culture through leading by example and inspiring others, Knowledge of AI and how it can be strategically applied to increase efficiency and effectiveness is highly desired, Very good level of English (other language skills will be an advantage), Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual, Good organizational skills, Ability to work under the time pressure in changing environment
