Head of Digital Marketing

5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing in B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS environments (experience in transport/logistics is a plus)., Hands-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and funnel optimization, with a proven ability to scale lead generation and improve conversion rates., Solid understanding of analytics, tracking, and attribution models, with experience building or working with BI dashboards and ensuring data quality across the funnel., Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into scalable digital strategies and execution roadmaps., Cross-functional communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance teams., Proven leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams., Fluent Russian and English (B2+); Polish is a plus.
