Head of Program Management (K/M)

Requirements, University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field., Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment., At least 3–5 years of experience in program or project management for OEM customers., Proven experience managing teams or leading program/project organizations., Strong knowledge of automotive project management methodologies (APQP, milestone reviews, launch management)., Familiarity with automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949., Very good command of English for business communication., Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment and manage multiple programs simultaneously., Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
