Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, providing a strong foundation in HR principles and practices , 6–8 years of leadership experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations, managing teams and driving service excellence in complex environments, Fluent in English and Polish, preferred German, enabling effective communication across regional teams and diverse stakeholder groups , Strong leadership and change management skills, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth in multi-country HR transition projects, Expertise in HR technologies and shared services, KPIs, SLAs, and data protection, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
