Your responsibilities
- Support HR data analysis and reporting
- Help transform HR data into clear insights and dashboards for decision-making
- Assist in improving and automating HR processes and workflows
- Support data extraction, validation, and basic reporting from tools like Workday
- Contribute to projects focused on process optimization and productivity improvement
- Document processes, dashboards, and automation logic
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand business needs and translate them into data or automation solutions
Our requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree (students of 3rd, 4th or 5th or fresh alumni) in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, HR, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (students of 3rd, 4th or 5th year or fresh alumni)
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interest in HR data, analytics, and process improvement
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Basic experience or strong interest in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain data simply
- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics (e.g., descriptive statistics, trends, comparisons)
- Strong sense of confidentiality and data privacy when working with HR-related information
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to data validation and quality checks
Optional
- Understanding of HR metrics and exposure to Workday or other HR systems
- Experience with low-code or automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with Phyton, SQL, or basic scripting
- Interest in automation, AI, or digital transformation
- UX/UI design skills (for user-friendly dashboards, apps, and HR tools)
