Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, Demonstrated Human Resources experience in a Generalist or related role, Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and data accuracy, Approachable, customer-focused communication style, Full cycle recruiting experience, Employee relations and performance management experience, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information and exercise discretion, Employer Branding Experience; or a marketing mindset, Analytical skills with attention to detail and follow up, Strong sense of ownership and accountability, Dedicated team player, Ability to multi-task and be organized, Exceptional customer focus with strong professional acumen, Ability to build productive relationships with potential candidates, employees and management, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Communicative level of English is a must, both written and verbal (system in English, communication with Banner USA in English)
