What You Will DoProvide legal guidance to local HR teams, supporting compliance and ensuring clarity in daily HR-related mattersCoordinate audits across HR areas, handling risks and ensuring processes align with applicable regulations and data protectionManage data collection and maintain clear documentation of HR processes to support transparency and accuracyMonitor regulatory updates and maintain compliant data privacy statements across HR documentationSupport training initiatives to enhance compliance awareness across HR teams and partner departmentsContribute to the development of standardized HR compliance frameworks across different jurisdictionsWhat You BringExperience applying HR compliance principles in an international or multi‑country HR environment, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and cross‑border collaborationAbility to coordinate audits and manage risks with structured, reliable and detail‑oriented work methodsStrong skills in documenting HR processes and ensuring accurate and transparent data handling Interest in maintaining regulatory updates and supporting local teams with practical compliance guidanceAnalytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple compliance topics in a structured and calm mannerFluent English skills; German, Spanish or French language knowledge is considered an advantage
